Our technical staff, which includes Grade 1 Accredited Certifiers, offer a wealth of experience and knowledge in the area of building surveying and building certification and applies this expertise to all classes of development across the whole spectrum of the industry, as well as fire-engineered alternative solutions and strata certification.

Qualified and Accredited Professionals

All technical staff employed by Dix Gardner Pty Ltd are appropriately qualified or accredited by the NSW Building Professionals Board to provide building code consulting with building and strata certification services for a wide range and scale of building projects.

Our staff have also had extensive public service experience at Local, State and Federal Government levels within Australia and the UK.
